In my sessions, I work as both a Reiki and intuitive practitioner, allowing each experience to be guided by what is most needed. This may include energy work, intuitive insight, and at times, messages from loved ones in spirit. I support clients through grief, transitions, and physical discomfort by working with the body’s natural ability to restore balance and encouraging a sense of steadiness throughout.

Whether through Reiki or evidential mediumship, my intention is to hold a safe, calm, and respectful space for whatever arises.

Alongside this work, I support families as a birth doula. My approach to birth is calm and steady, with awareness of both the physical process and the emotional and energetic experience. Postpartum care is offered exclusively to birth clients, allowing for continuity of support through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenthood.

My background as a Special Education Teacher informs how I hold space through patience, clear communication, empathy, and attentive listening.
