What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. It helps activate the body’s natural ability to restore harmony and wellbeing on all levels; mind, body, and spirit.

During a session, many people experience warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm as energy flows where it’s needed most. Reiki is safe, non-invasive, and deeply restorative - a moment to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.

What is Evidential Mediumship?

Evidential mediumship is the heart-centered practice of connecting with loved ones in spirit and sharing messages of love, comfort, and validation.

Each reading brings through evidence - details and memories unique to your loved one - so you can feel confident in who is coming through. Beyond the evidence, there is often a deeper message: reassurance that love continues, healing is possible, and you are not alone.
