Fear is natural. What matters is how we respond to it.

Fear will show up during pregnancy, labour, or birth.

It doesn’t mean something is wrong, it means something matters.

Fear is natural.

You’re not alone in feeling it.

What matters is how you respond to the fear.

🌿Get curious

🌿Acknowledge it

🌿Ask what you need

Support might come from within, or from someone beside you.

You don’t have to carry it alone.

Even when birth doesn’t go as planned.

There can be moments of peace, clarity, and even beauty.

There is wisdom in the unexpected.

Sometimes we grieve what we thought birth would be.

A planned home birth becomes a hospital birth.

A breech baby means a cesarean.

These changes don’t mean failure.

They’re invitations to find strength

in places we hadn’t imagined.

I once had a client trying different ways to bring on labour.

As I sent her and baby Reiki, a quiet message came through:

“She can do what she feels she needs, but I will come when I’m ready.”

That’s when I was reminded…

Birth is a partnership.

You and your baby are a team💕

They have their own journey.

And so do you.

Sometimes we don’t know the reason behind the path we’re walking until later.

Birth is more than physical.

It can be

🌿a lesson

🌿a healing

🌿a threshold

A chance to honour who you are

and who you’re becoming.

It invites you to meet yourself

and meet your baby, just as you are.

Fear doesn’t have to lead.

With the right support, you can move forward with more trust and less tension.

I’m here to walk with you, to listen,

and to hold space.
