How it continues to shape our family’s wellness.

In my last post, I shared how homeopathy became part of our family’s journey.

This is what it looks like in practice, especially with my kids.

I take their case (listen to them, observe, and ask questions) and feel into which remedies could be supportive.

Sometimes more than one comes forward.

When that happens, I offer the remedies and invite them to hold each one.

They’re encouraged to notice what feels right, or if nothing feels like a yes.

If there’s only one remedy, I still offer it and never assume.

They get to check in and decide

if it’s something they want or need in that moment.

A “no” is always an option.

I’ve come to trust that we’re intuitive beings.

Our bodies and systems often know what they need.

I want my children to learn early to listen to those inner cues and trust themselves to create peace in their systems.

We talk about our dreams and keep a family dream journal.

It helps us notice patterns, shifts, and make connections. We also share them with the homeopath that is guiding our deep work on vax detox, suppression, and birth.

It’s also a way to pause, connect, and share as a family - and often, we have a good laugh along the way.

For us, homeopathy is about supporting our bodies,

bringing peace to our systems,

and nurturing choice, connection, and ease

in body, mind, and energy 🤍
